The essential oils included in this kit are fully discussed and their uses outlined in chapter seven of this book.
Chapters one and three contain all the necessary information for the safe and effective use of the essential oils. This information can also be applied to many other essential oils commonly used in aromatherapy, as discussed in chapter two. Chapters four to six contain a range of charts and information that indicate clearly the essential oils recommended for health, beauty and mental well-being. A glossary is also included. it is suggested that the information in the book be fully understood prior to using the essential oils so that an overall understanding of aromatherapy is obtained.
